1. Information We Collect

We collect personal information necessary to manage your stay, process reservations, and ensure park safety.

  • Contact Data: Name, billing address, email address, and phone number.

  • Booking Details: Arrival and departure dates, campsite preferences, vehicle/RV dimensions, and pet details.

  • Payment Data: Credit card details processed directly by our secure third-party payment gateway.

  • Network Logs: Device MAC addresses, IP addresses, and connection timestamps when using our guest Wi-Fi.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your data to operate the campground and provide a reliable guest experience.

  • Reservations: To confirm bookings, process payments, and manage check-ins.

  • SMS Text Alerts: To send urgent operational text messages, including weather alerts, gate access codes, and checkout reminders.

  • Network Management: To monitor guest Wi-Fi bandwidth limits and block malicious or illegal websites.

  • Property Security: To operate video surveillance cameras for the protection of guests, staff, and park facilities.

3. Data Security & Surveillance

We use physical, technical, and administrative measures to safeguard your information.

  • Surveillance Scope: Security cameras monitor public common areas, entrances, exits, and main facility buildings.

  • No Video Intrusions: Cameras are never placed in private areas like restrooms, showers, or individual rental units.

  • Video Access Control: Recorded footage is kept secure, overwritten automatically on a rolling schedule, and only reviewed for security or liability investigations.

  • Online Booking Security: All online transaction pages utilize secure encryption protocols to protect financial data during transmission.

4. Information Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We only share data with trusted service providers to complete daily operations.

  • Booking & Payments: Data is passed directly to our online booking engine and credit card processing partners to execute reservations.

  • Law Enforcement: Video footage or guest data will only be shared externally if requested by official law enforcement or required for insurance and legal claims.

Terms of Stay

  • Up to 2 Camping Units per Site: Only one RV/camper/van plus one tent, or two tents with no camper/van/RV.

  • RV Condition: RVs or travel trailers must be in good working order and appearance and carry current liability insurance.

  • Right to Refuse Access: We reserve the right to refuse access to any guests whose vehicle is deemed unacceptable.

  • Parking: Park vehicles only in designated areas; parking on empty campsites or roadways is not allowed. Two vehicles allowed per site if space permits. Limited overflow parking available.

  • Speed Limit: Drive no faster than 5 MPH within the campground.

  • Environmental Protection: Cutting, damaging, or removing trees and vegetation is prohibited; help us preserve the natural environment.

  • Fires in Designated Areas: All fires must be in designated fire pits, and only if a fire ban is not in place..

  • Pet Policy: Guests must clean up after pets; pets must be kept on a leash and under control at all times.

  • Supervision of Children: Parents or guardians are responsible for the supervision and safety of their children at all times.

  • Quiet Hours: Quiet hours are between 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM.

  • Noise Control: Loud music or excessive noise that disturbs other guests is prohibited at all times.

  • No Littering or Unruly Behavior: Keep the campground clean and behave appropriately.

  • Alcohol and Drug Policy: Illegal drugs are prohibited; alcohol must be consumed responsibly within your own campsite. No underage consumption allowed.

  • Firearms and Weapons: Firearms, weapons, and explosives are not permitted on the property.

  • Fireworks and Hazardous Materials: Fireworks and hazardous materials are strictly prohibited.

  • Use of Facilities: Adhere to all posted rules for common areas and facilities.

  • Modification of Campsite: Altering the campsite in any way, including digging or installing equipment, is not allowed without management approval.

  • Commercial Activity: Soliciting or conducting any commercial business on the property without written permission is prohibited.

  • Prohibited Conduct: Harassment, discrimination, or offensive behavior towards staff or other guests will result in immediate eviction without a refund.

  • Compliance with Laws: Guests must comply with all federal, state, and local laws and regulations.

  • Guest Responsibility: Tenants and guests are responsible for any damage or injury caused by themselves, their children, and/or pets.

  • Assumption of Risk: Tenants assume all risks associated with camping and agree to hold the property harmless from and indemnify the property against any claims.

  • Not Responsible for Lost or Stolen Items: The property is not responsible for any lost or stolen articles, or personal injury or damage from any cause.

  • Security: Guests are responsible for securing their personal belongings; the park is not liable for theft or damage to personal property.

  • Emergency Procedures: In case of emergency, follow all posted instructions and directives from park staff.

  • Right to Refuse Service: The property is privately owned; we reserve the right to refuse service to anyone as deemed necessary. Violation of any rule or state law is grounds for dismissal from the park without a refund.

  • Right to Evict: We reserve the right to evict any person(s) who do not comply with the rules and policies.

  • Indemnification Clause: Guests agree to indemnify and hold harmless the park and its owners from any claims arising from their use of the property.

  • Policy Changes: Management reserves the right to modify or add rules as necessary.
